The Journey Home

The Journey Home is an eighteen bed sober living home for women. It is nestled in the hills of the Daniel Boone National Forest. At The Journey Home we are family!

•we encourage creativity. Tell us your hobby, so we can provide supplies (art, woodworking, etc.)

General Rules

Abstinence: Residents must completely abstain from drugs and alcohol.
Drug test must be passed upon entering; random drug screens thereafter
3 meetings per week required (NA/AA, etc.)
Accountability: Residents are accountable to themselves, the staff, and other residents.
Cleanliness: Residents are expected to contribute to keeping the house clean and safe.
Chores: Residents may be assigned chores to help them learn how to work with others.
Tests: Random drug testing
Curfew: Residents can come and go according to a curfew.
Respect: Residents should respect their housemates and the home staff.
Support: Residents may be expected to give and receive emotional support, participate in activities, and attend support meetings.
Expenses: Residents may need to cover certain expenses to live in the home.
